Over the past six years, Veritas has become one of Columbus’ most beloved restaurants and the original tasting menu dining experience in the city. Chef Joshua Dalton opened Veritas in Delaware, Ohio in 2012 and within six months was named Best New Restaurant in Columbus. In early 2018, Veritas made the move to downtown Columbus.
