Ignios Orígenes 'Listán Negro Selección'

Ignios Origenes was founded by Borja Perez, a rising star in the Canary Islands’ winemaking scene. This 2017 Listan Negro is distinctively complex, exuding aromas straight from the volcanic soils it is grown in (hence the name 'Ignios'.) Bitey, and peppery, with dried herbs and tart fruit on the side of cherry and blood orange.
