Grapes are 150+ years old, organically grown, hand harvested, fermented in clay amphora and aged in stainless steel tanks for about 3 months to preserve its young and fresh profile. Bottled unfiltered without sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. Light-boded, and meant to drank fast! Not too fruity actually, super easy going. The 2020 Verdejo is still very drinkable in 2023, albeit, with more balance in acid and softer tartness
