Hailing from a family with documented growing practices dating back to 1497, Raventos sparkling wines are sourced from grapes grown biodynamically on 40 estate plots. With a focus on expressing the land, and adherence to strictly traditional methods of sparkling production, the 'de Nit' is essentially a indigenous Blanc, with a touch of Monastrell blended in for the softest flush and touch of aromatics.
